Service Description
A well-rounded matwork class with options and progressions offered throughout. Perfect for anyone working at their own pace in a friendly, inclusive environment. Block booking includes access to weekly class recordings, and some flexibility to make up missed classes at another time within the same block. This class is suitable for all, but please do contact me to discuss any pre-existing health conditions. I can't wait for you to join me on the mat.
