In my group matwork classes you can enjoy the spirit of working alongside like-minded individuals, creating accountability and motivating you to stay committed to your practice. Sharing experiences and learning from others can provide valuable insights and encouragement.

 

With expert guidance from me, you'll receive focussed attention within a group setting, ensuring exercises are performed correctly and safely. The structured format of group classes helps you progress steadily.  To further enhance the challenge and offer variety, I incorporate small equipment such as resistance bands, Pilates rings, and small balls into our sessions.
